Help for Eldrin on iPhone and Android.

Write to support@playeldrin.com and include your device model and the app version (shown in your device’s app settings). We usually reply within a few days.

Stuck in the game?

Type hint for a nudge. Type help to see the commands. Dark places drain your lamp’s light; rest in a glowing place to refill it.

Saving

Type save or use the menu. Saved games live on your device only. Deleting the app deletes its saves.

Purchases

Restore a purchase: open the menu (the three dots) and choose Restore purchase. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Have a code? On the unlock screen choose Have a code? and enter it in the App Store or Google Play redemption screen.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. See your App Store or Google Play purchase history.
